The agreement between you and LuxeTech when you use this site or buy from us. We've kept it short and in plain English.

Agreement

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms occasionally; the date at the top shows the last revision.

Accounts

You can shop without an account, but if you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order, and the information you give us must be accurate and up to date.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in US dollars unless noted otherwise, and exclude any duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply at delivery. Bulk discounts apply automatically at the quantities listed on each product page.

We do our best to price every product correctly, but if we discover a clear pricing error, we'll contact you before charging your card and offer to either honor the listed price, adjust it, or cancel the order — your call.

Payment is due at the time of order. For wholesale customers on net-30 terms, separate payment terms apply per the wholesale agreement.

Shipping & risk

Shipping times and costs are described on the Shipping page. Delivery dates shown at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, customs, and carrier delays.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier hands the package to you (or to someone at the delivery address). Until then, the package is insured by us.

Returns & warranty

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Defective items can be returned at any time during the 2-year manufacturer warranty for repair or replacement at our discretion.

Return shipping is on us for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is yours.

Authenticity

Every product we sell is sourced from authorized distributors and is brand-new in original packaging. If you ever receive a product that isn't authentic, contact us immediately and we'll replace it and reimburse any related costs.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break any law, harm anyone, scrape our content for republication, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that abuse the site.

Intellectual property

The LuxeTech name, logo, design, and original content on this site are owned by LuxeTech and protected by copyright and trademark law. Product names, logos, and images of third-party brands belong to their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

You may not copy, republish, or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country, which always take precedence over these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
