Orders
Where's my order? A tracking link is emailed the moment your package leaves our warehouse. Most orders ship within one business day.
Can I change or cancel an order? Yes — until the moment we hand it to the carrier. Email us with your order number and we'll do our best.
I never got a confirmation email. Check your spam folder first, then message us with the email you used and the approximate order time.
Shipping & delivery
We ship to 100+ countries. Shipping is free on orders over $200; otherwise a flat rate is shown at checkout. Full details on the Shipping page.
Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible, or billed by your local carrier on delivery.
Returns & warranty
30-day returns on every product, no questions asked, as long as the item is in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Every product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and a photo or short video — we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
Return shipping is free for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.
Bulk & wholesale
Bulk discounts apply automatically in your cart: 5% off at 5+ units, 8% at 10+, 12% at 25+.
For 50+ unit orders, net-30 payment terms, or a dedicated account manager, get in touch and we'll set up a wholesale account.
Authenticity
Every product on LuxeTech is sourced from authorized distributors. We never sell refurbished or grey-market goods. If a product ever arrives in non-original condition, we'll replace it on the spot.
Account & payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant provider — your card details never touch our servers.
You don't need an account to check out, but creating one makes tracking, returns, and reorders significantly faster.
