Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum we need to ship your order and improve the site. We never sell your data. Here's exactly what's collected and why.
Last updated · May 2026
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order history.
When you browse the site, we collect: device type, browser, approximate location (from IP), pages viewed, and referrer. This is standard analytics — we use it to understand which products and pages are useful and to fix bugs.
We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant provider; we only see the last four digits and the card brand for receipt purposes.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send order updates, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, send the email newsletter you opted in to, and improve the site.
We don't use your data for cross-site advertising or share it with ad networks. Newsletter emails are sent only to people who opted in and you can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
Cookies & similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and localStorage entries:
- Strictly necessary — your shopping cart, your session if logged in.
- Analytics — anonymized page-view counts and basic device info to help us improve the site.
- Preferences — your selected shipping country and language so you don't have to set them every visit.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Strictly necessary cookies are required for checkout to work.
Who we share data with
Only the third parties needed to operate the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email service provider for transactional and newsletter emails, and our hosting + analytics providers. Each is contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the agreed purpose.
We never sell personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. EU/UK customers have these rights under GDPR; California customers have them under the CCPA; many other regions have similar laws. Just email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email — that doesn't affect transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) since those are required to fulfill your order.
Data retention
We keep order records for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting laws. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate, anonymized form indefinitely.
Children
Our site isn't directed at children under 16. If we learn we've inadvertently collected data from a child, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, email registered customers in advance.
