We ship to 100+ countries with insured carriers and live tracking. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day.

Free worldwide shipping over $200
Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout based on your destination — usually $9.99 to $19.99.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Remote postcodes and non-business days may add 1–2 days. Customs clearance for international orders can occasionally extend transit by a few days.
Customs, duties & taxes
Where possible, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so your order arrives with nothing extra to pay (DDP).
For destinations where pre-payment isn't supported, your local carrier will collect duties on delivery (DDU). The amount depends on your country's import rules and the declared value.
Tracking & insurance
Every shipment includes live tracking — you'll get an email and SMS the moment a label is printed and again at each carrier scan.
All packages are insured against loss or damage in transit at no extra cost. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately while we file the claim with the carrier.
Restricted destinations
We can't currently ship to countries under active sanctions, or to PO boxes for high-value orders that require a signature. If your country isn't supported at checkout, message us and we'll flag it for an upcoming expansion.
Bulk & wholesale freight
For wholesale orders (typically 25+ units or pallet quantities), we coordinate freight directly with you — air, sea, or truck — and pass through carrier rates with no markup. Reach out via the wholesale contact form.
